Emblematic was founded to solve a problem we kept seeing, apparel supply is often harder, riskier, and more frustrating than it needs to be.

Across schools, organisations, and independent creators, the challenges were consistent: long lead times, rigid minimum orders, excess stock, and suppliers optimised for their own efficiency rather than their clients’ needs.

We believed there was a better way.

Our Story

Emblematic was founded by Gavin Spargo and Nishant Randhawa, both engineers and parents, after experiencing the realities of uniform supply firsthand when their children started school.

Through involvement in school communities, they saw that many of the issues schools face are not caused by poor decision-making, but by outdated supply models that leave little room for flexibility or transparency.

By applying engineering discipline and modern manufacturing thinking to apparel supply, Emblematic was created to put the needs of the customer back at the centre of the system.
